The electric Riedi Basic 3e therapy table is a simply constructed, three-segment table for massage and examination practices on a modest budget that still want electric height adjustment and several segments. It is the electric counterpart to the hydraulic Basic 3h with an identical number of segments. Both the headrest and foot section can be adjusted via gas springs, with the headrest additionally featuring a face opening with cover. Electric height adjustment ranges from 49 to 95 cm, operated via hand control of the electric motor; at 200 cm length, width is selectable from 65 to 85 cm, with a maximum load of 150 kg. With its additional foot section adjustment, the Basic 3e offers more positioning variety than the Basic 2e and suits massage and examination applications on a moderate budget where both the head and foot sections need to be positioned independently. Practices without a guaranteed power supply have a hydraulic alternative in the Basic 3h. A lockout box compliant with the German Medical Devices Act is included as standard: it disconnects the motor from the mains after adjustment, preventing unintended movement of the table.
