Smaller deliveries
We generally deliver smaller shipments ourselves, so that your order reaches you safely and reliably.
Delivery of large equipment by freight forwarder (Spedition)
For products that cannot be shipped by parcel service due to their weight or size, delivery is carried out by a freight forwarder. There is no fixed shipping price: the cost depends on the scope of your order and is communicated to you individually before you place it. Unlike a classic freight delivery, which only reaches the kerbside, we bring the goods to your door on request and – provided there are no stairs to negotiate – even directly into the room of your choice. Where stairs or a more involved carry-in are required, we will find a suitable solution together with you. Simply get in touch with us.
Delivery time
Depending on the product and version, delivery time is generally 6 to 8 weeks.
Other information
Deliveries through our online shop are made exclusively within Germany.
Available payment methods
Invoice
After their first order, customers can use our convenience service and order on invoice. Payment within 14 days, net, without deduction.
Returns
In the event of a mis-shipment or damaged goods, Riedimed Vertrieb GmbH covers the costs of the return. In all other cases, the return costs are borne by the customer.
