The electric Riedi Bobath 2e therapy table is a two-segment Vojta table with single-motor height adjustment, used in both neurophysiological therapy and general physiotherapy, offering more positioning variety than the one-piece Bobath 1e. The additional segment makes it easier to position the head and body separately during treatment. The headrest can additionally be raised via a gas spring, a smooth, spring-assisted mechanism that locks into the desired position without effort. Electric height adjustment ranges from 50 to 105 cm, operated via hand control of the electric motor; the table width is selectable from 100 to 120 cm, with a maximum load of 180 kg. As standard, the table comes with a central roller lift system and 70 mm wheels. The combination of an additionally adjustable headrest and a generous height range makes the Bobath 2e a versatile choice for Vojta and Bobath treatments as well as physiotherapy practices with changing treatment positions, where both fully lying and slightly raised head positioning are needed. Compared with the one-piece Bobath 1e, it offers an extra degree of adaptability for daily practice. A lock-out box compliant with the German Medical Devices Act (MPG) is included as standard: it disconnects the electric motor from the mains after adjustment, preventing unintended movement of the couch. The overall length is 200 cm.
