Product description

Hanning motor vs. conventional motors

Why we rely on Hanning drives for our electric therapy tables

Hanning motor

Made in Germany

Purpose-built for therapy tables, reliable, quiet, long-lasting.

Hanning linear actuator for therapy tables
  • Exceptionally durable
Built for continuous use, up to 10× longer service life.
  • Very quiet
Exceptionally smooth running, for a pleasant therapy environment.
  • High force reserve
Reliable performance even under heavy load and intensive use.
  • Maintenance-free
Sealed system, no re-greasing, no regular maintenance required.
  • Maximum safety
Overload protection plus smooth start-and-stop behaviour, tested to the highest standards.

Conventional motors

Often cheaper to buy, but more expensive to run.

Conventional linear actuator
  • Shorter service life
Not designed for continuous use, faster wear is likely.
  • Louder in operation
Higher noise levels, disruptive for therapy and patients.
  • Lower force reserve
Performance drops off under heavy load or frequent use.
  • Maintenance-intensive
Requires regular re-greasing and servicing, time-consuming and costly.
  • Higher risk
Fewer protective mechanisms, higher risk of failure and injury.
Bottom line: the Hanning motor is a sustainable investment in quality, safety, and efficiency, for smooth operation and satisfied patients.

The electric Riedi Premium 7 Exclusiv therapy table is the premium model of the Premium series, combining two electric motors with an electrically adjustable U-shaped backrest for physiotherapy and massage practices with elevated expectations on both equipment and appearance. As the "exclusiv" model, it sits at the top of the entire Premium series, above the standard Premium 2 through Premium 6 models. Electric height adjustment ranges from 53 to 93 cm, operated via hand control of the electric motor; at 200 cm length, width is selectable from 65 to 85 cm, with a maximum load of 180 kg. As the "exclusiv" version, the Premium 7 offers an upgraded equipment line compared with the other Premium models, while sharing the same technical concept of a U-shaped backrest and height adjustment, so practices benefit from the same proven mechanics as the standard models. The central roller lift system is included as standard and does not need to be purchased separately. With its upgraded finishing, the Premium 7 Exclusiv suits physiotherapy and massage practices that, alongside switching between lying and seated positions, value a high-quality appearance, for example practices with a representative reception area. Those preferring the core technical functions without the exclusive equipment line will find it in the Premium 6. A lock-out box compliant with the German Medical Devices Act (MPG) is included as standard: it disconnects the electric motor from the mains after adjustment, preventing unintended movement of the couch.
