The two-part treatment surface is available in widths from 65 to 85 cm; the working height is fixed at 65 cm. The two-part surface still allows a basic separation between the head and body sections, without the complexity of adjustable height. Resting couches usually have somewhat thicker, softer upholstery, since they are designed for longer, relaxed lying rather than short treatment positions. The cover remains just as disinfectant-resistant and easy to care for as on treatment tables.

Both variants are available. Fixed-height couches have a simpler construction and are more affordable, while height-adjustable models make getting on and off easier and can be used more flexibly in the room.

Wipe the upholstery down regularly with mild disinfectants and avoid harsh cleaners. On fixed models it is enough to occasionally tighten the screws; on adjustable versions the mechanics should be checked once a year.
